Five-Year Limited Warranty on Most Catalog Products
Nearly every catalog product manufactured by CSI Controls is backed by an industry-leading Five-Year Limited Warranty. Eligible products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of shipment. If a covered product experiences a qualifying defect during the warranty period, CSI Controls will repair or replace the product in accordance with warranty terms.

Two-Year Limited Warranty on Select Products
Certain products and custom-engineered solutions are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty, reflecting their unique applications and configurations while still providing exceptional protection and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage Details

Five-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a Five-Year Limited Warranty from the date of shipment:

  • International products. CSI Controls provides a limited warranty on Goods shipped to Buyers outside of the U.S. and its territories and Canada for five (5) years unless otherwise stated in the International Catalog.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Fusion™ Plus, ACCEL, and Engineered Custom control panels. CSI Controls provides a limited warranty for two (2) years unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Submersible 4-20mA Transmitters. CSI Controls provides a limited warranty for two (2) years.

One-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Motor start kit components. CSI Controls provides a limited warranty on motor start kit components supplied by CSI Controls for one (1) year CSI Controls makes no warranties of any type with respect to motor start kits supplied by Buyer.
  • Retrofit Products. CSI Controls provides a limited warranty for one (1) year.

Additional Information

  • Motor start kits supplied by the Buyer are not covered under CSI Controls warranties.
  • Any software or related services provided in conjunction with the Goods, all of which are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable end user license agreement.
  • Warranty coverage applies to goods manufactured after January 1, 2014.
  • All warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the CSI Controls Limited Warranty.
