CS4-20 Level Transmitter

For Continuous Level Monitoring Applications

The CS4-20 submersible level transmitter is designed for continuous
level monitoring. It measures the hydrostatic pressure of the water
above the sensor and outputs a standard 4-20 mA signal proportional
to the water level. The robust design of the CS4-20 transmitter provides
a reliable and low maintenance solution for level control applications,
including sewage/effluent lift stations, storm water pump stations, non-potable water systems, tanks, wet wells, and reservoirs.

The transmitter wetted components are designed with nonconductive
materials to provide an electrical isolation barrier. The pressure sensor
is isolated from process material by a protective VITON® diaphragm. A
stainless steel hose clamp is included for mounting the transmitter to
a pipe towards the bottom of the tank. The CS4-20 transmitter must be
clamped. For free hanging installations, use the SLX transmitter.
